RUSSELLVILLE — A man authorities said was trying to lure two young boys into his car has been arrested.

Franklin County Sheriff Shannon Oliver said Brian Ray Ensor, 40, Haleyville, has been charged with two counts of enticing a child for immoral purposes.

Reports indicate Ensor drove up to the two boys, ages 9 and 10, who were outside an East Franklin residence playing Sunday afternoon, and tried to use candy to get the boys to get in the car with him.

Deputies said the boy’s daddy saw what was happening, confronted the man and he drove off.
