The Haleyville American Legion Post 33 will be awarding some lucky person a beautiful new 22 cal lever action rifle made especially for the American Legion by Henry Arms. A $10 donation will get you a ticket for the drawing to be held on Memorial Day, May 26. You do not have to be present to win. The American Legion is a non-profit organization for and helping military veterans.

This Friday, April 11,  weather permitting, from 8 am till 2, Mike Smith, Post Commander will be at Grill 13 to take your donations. You will be able to see the beautiful rifle and the benefits of a donation. Only 500 tickets are available. Several women have donated looking to win a gift for their husbands.
