The Haleyville City Council met on Monday, October 17, 2022.  Blue Russell was absent, with all other members present. The General Operation Bills, and Purchase Orders for September 2022, totaling $505,623.36, was approved.  Also approved was the purchase of a firehose ($8,414.00), and backhoe repairs ($5,500.00).  There was a presentation of the 2020-2021 audit by Dicky Sparks of Sparks CPA Firm, as well as a request by J.D. Snoddy, of the Winston County Arts Council, for assistance in acquiring and renovating the Looney’s Amphitheater complex.
