HAMILTON POST – A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 2:09 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 7, has claimed the life of a Moulton man. Ethan B. Mitchell, 22, was fatally injured when the 2019 Ford F-250 he was driving left the roadway and struck multiple trees. Mitchell was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The crash occurred on Alabama 195 near the 34 mile marker, approximately eight miles east of Haleyville, in Winston County. Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
