Haleyville Schools to Close Tuesday
School closure for K-12 public schools in Alabama was to begin on Thursday, March 19, per the executive order of the Governor. However, the HCS Board has chosen, out of an abundance of caution and concern for students and personnel, to close its schools effective Tuesday, March 17 through Monday, April 6. Absences will not count against students Monday.All school-related activities, including athletics, will be canceled during school closure.
