The crowd cheered as the Haleyville Lions basketball team defeated Winfield 50-49 with a last second tip-in by Rob Richards. The win against Winfield and the Monday night win by the HHS Lady Lions over Hamilton means both teams will play for the area championship Thursday night in Winfield.
