The City Council met Monday night with all members present, except Jonathan Bennett and Bud Wilson.

The short agenda included approving October General Operation Bills in the amount of $375,008.69. The Council also approved an administrative agreement with NACOLG for the Community Development Block Grant to be used in the demolition of the old elementary school building that included the 1st grade, lunch room and band room.
