Returning your disaster loan application may open the door to more money regardless of your income or credit. Any survivor may apply. A low interest disaster loan can help repair or replace your home, vehicle or other personal contents. If the Small Business Administration (SBA) determines you cannot afford a loan, you may be eligible for grant money from FEMA that you do not have to pay back.
