TRAX Restaurant in Haleyville, AL, announced Wednesday that it will feed victims displaced by last week's tornadoes at its Haleyville location, at the corner of 20th St. and 10th Ave.
“I can't wake up in my bed, with a roof over my head,food on my table, knowing I have the capability and do nothing,” TRAX owner Butch Benton said.
Anyone from the affected areas of Haleyville, Hackleburg and Phil Campbell can come to TRAX between 2 and 4 each afternoon for a free meal. TRAX will offer its gourmet dawgs, old fashioned burgers and fixings at no cost, for dine in only.
“We're on the honor system. If you need, we feed. No questions," Benton said.
TRAX will continue this service through Saturday and plans to anounce further plans based on need.
