The robbery of the CB&S Bank in Phil Campbell Thursday afternoon may have a Haleyville connection with a local merchant saying, "This man comes in to my store." The merchant, referencing the surveillance still (pictured above), added, "This is how he always looks when he comes to my business!"
The suspect walked into the bank Thuursday around 1:30 PM, handed the teller a note and threatened to shoot her if she did not follow his instructions.
The suspect is described as white male, between 5-9 and 5-11, 170-180 pounds and 40-50 years old with a graying beard and a goatee. He may be driving a blue Chevrolet Astro van with a design on the side.
