Make a Splash At Your Library

The Haleyville Public Library is now holding registration for this year's Summer Reading Program.  This year's program is sure to be a splash hit, with lots of wet fun.  Children, ages 5 through twelve, are encouraged to stop by the library and get signed up to join in on all the fun.   The last day for registration will be June 17.
 
The 2010 Summer Reading Program is entitled "Make a Spash @ Your Library." Here is the schedule of events, they all began at 10 AM:

June 17 -  KICK-OFF  Make A Splash - READ!! Join us as we discover "The Life of Water."

June 24 - "The Magic Guy" Skip Cain with National School Assemblies will dive in to the world of magic. 
   
July 1 - "Reel In A Good Book"--- and maybe even a fish or two.  Learn how to fish, bait a hook, choose the right lure and other fishing secrets from James Crane.
 
July 8 - "Mary Margaret and Her Milk Blender Special." Come join Mrs. Susan Hill (Winston County Extension Office) for this super sweet program.
 
July 15 - "Let's All Head Out to the Lake". Join us at the Haleyville City Lake  for this unique program.

July 22 - FINALE  -  "Water Games"  - Prepare to be WET, DRENCHED, SOAKED with lots of fun.
