Three people were arrested and charges are pending on another for the manufacturing of crystal meth at 2921 Elizabeth Street in Haleyville. The arrests were made on Friday, April 10 following an investigation by authorities. The working lab was reportally in full operation in the utility room at the residence.
Timothy Craig Brimer, 48, was charged with Manufacturing of an unlawful substance 2nd degree and two charges of chemical endangerment because there were small children present. His son, Levi Kenneth Brimer, 19,of 244 Yancey Bend Road, Bear Creek, was also charged with manufacturing, 2nd degree. Gregory Alan Sutherland, 49, 1904 9th Way, Apt 5, Jasper, was charged with manufacturing 2nd degree. Charges are pending on another subject, who was not arrested at the time because she was about to give birth.
All three were booked and taken to the Winston County Jail.
