According to court documents, a Haleyville man was sentenced to 15 years in prison for burglary in Russellville last November. Joshua Andrew Mobley, age 35 of Winston 183, Haleyville, was accused of using his car to break into a business last year was sentenced during a pretrial conference docket in Franklin County Circuit Court last week. Mobley was already on probation at the time of his arrest and he has six prior convictions for burglary. He was charged with breaking into a business on Village Knoll Road in Russellville. Russellville Police Chief Chris Hargett stated Mobley was looked at as a suspect after looking at the store security video and from information obtained from the public.
