Social Security Exemption For Garbage Pickup Fees

The Winston County Sanitation Department announces there are only a few more days to apply for the Social Security exemption.  A completed application along with 2015 proof of income must be received by March 31, 2015.  No applications will be accepted after March 31, 2015.
