Newburg Paving Begins

Paving will begin on Newburg Road Monday. Winston County Commissioner David Cummings stated significant travel delays can be expected in the area, and it would be helpful to choose an alternate route if possible. The road will not be closed, but it will be one lane of travel until repairs are completed.
