The Haleyville Lions traveled to Red Bay to take on the Tigers in Week 2 of High School Football. Here's the scoring summary for the game.
The first quarter of the game was scoreless as neither team was able to put together a scoring drive until the second quarter. The first points of the evening came with 7:44 left in the half as Borden completed a 31 yard touchdown pass to Thorn to take the Tigers up 6-0. The kick was no good. Next, with 7:11 left in the half, QB Conner Kiser evened the score at 6 with an 11 yard touchdown run, and Reyes gave Haleyville the 7-6 with the extra point. That was the score at halftime. The only other scoring drive of the game came with 4:55 left in the third when Kiser passed to Jonas Dodd to take the Lions up 13-6, and the Reyes kick completed the 14-6 score for the game.
