The Bear Creek Police Department, with assistance from the Haleyville Police Department and Alabama Department of Public Safety, was involved in the pursuit of a red Honda Accord Thursday around 1:00 p.m. It took place in the area of County Highway 34 and County Highway 373. The car stalled on County Highway 373, and two of the suspects fled into the woods on foot, while the other remained in the car. Officers pursued and arrested the individuals who fled the scene, finding one individual hiding under a house on County Highway 373 several minutes after the incident. The individual in the car was also arrested. The following charges were filed against the suspects.
