HHS Locker Rentals and Registration

Locker rental for Haleyville High School students in 9th grade is Tuesday, August 7, 2012, 6 PM. Students and their parents will meet with Mr. Satcher in the high school gym, where he will give important information for all parents and students.

Schedules may be picked up at the same time as locker rentals. Locker rental is $10. P.E. lockers may be rented at the beginning of school, they are $3 each.

Locker rental for grades 10, 11 and 12 is Friday, August 10, 2012, 9 AM to 12 Noon in the high school cafeteria.

New student registration is Thursday, August 9, 2012, 9 AM to 3 PM. New students who are transferring from another school must provide the following information:

• Parent/Guardian must come to the school and complete an enrollment form.
• Official school records from the school last attended need to arrive Haleyville High School before the student is enrolled.
• Proof of residency (utility bills, lease agreement, etc.)
• Copy of birth certificate.
• Students living with someone other than a natural parent must provide documented proof of custody and guardianship before enrolling.
• Copy of social security card.
• Proof of immunization (blue slip) must be submitted.
