This is an important message from Haleyville City Schools. Although many roads are clear, we still have 5 bus routes that are not safe. We also have had a second water line bust at HHS today and cannot safely serve food out of our lunchroom at this time. HCS will be Virtual on January 22nd, 2024. We are working to get everything fixed and have an alternative food plan for Tuesday if needed. Most secondary roads around our area are still dangerous, and we have had a water issue at HHS which could result in icy areas surrounding the schools in the morning. The Haleyville City Council will meet Monday, January 8 and Monday January 22 at 5:30 p.m. at the Haleyville City Hall. The meetings where shifted one week because January 1 was New Year’s Day. The Council normally meets the first and third Monday of each month. The public is always welcomed to attend.
