Mayor Ken Sunseri presented the "Key to the City" to Miss Alabama USA 2011, Madeline Mitchell, of Russellville, Friday just prior to the Christmas Parade. Hundreds of vehicles, with the Roaring Lion Band in the lead, then paraded through downtown to roll in the Christmas season.
