At a reception Sunday afternoon, Dr. Jeff Ryan was officially welcomed to Haleyville along with his wife Ellen, sons Josh, Luke, Caleb, daughter Jessica and granddaughter Lily. Among the well wishers were Senator Roger Bedford and his wife Maudie. Dr. Ryan, a board certified general surgeon, has an office is in the Physician's Professional Building located in font of Lakeland Community Hospital.
