SBI Arrests Three in Fayette County By HBTV Tuesday, December 22, 2015 | 2:10 PM

Agents with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) on Thursday, Dec 17, arrested three Fayette residents on charges resulting from a vehicle pursuit involving the Fayette Police Department. Kelli Grocholski, 51, of Fayette was charged with first-degree Criminal Mischief, as well as Attempting to Elude Police.  William Andrew Grocholski, 25, of Fayette was charged with second-degree Assault, first-degree Criminal Mischief, Attempting to Elude Police, Reckless Endangerment, and Obstructing Government Operations.  William Seth Grocholski, 33, of Fayette was charged with first-degree Criminal Mischief, and Reckless Endangerment.  All three were transported to the Fayette County Jail.

The pursuit occurred in the early morning hours of Thursday, Dec. 17. Nothing further is available as the investigation is ongoing.
