The Haleyville Board of Education met Tuesday evening, a week early for this month because of the Thanksgiving holidays the the following week. Beth McAlpine was absent. 

The Board approved the financial statements and board expenditures for September in the amount of $3,706.578.00. It also approved the 2016 soccer schedule and the 2015-16 coaching list.  The Board granted the use of the HHS lunchroom by the Haleyville Rotary Club on Saturday, December 5, for Breakfast with Santa. One field trip and four fund raisers were approved. 

The Superintendent and all three respective school principals gave reports on school activities and presented achievement awards to students and faculty members. 

Next month's Haleyville Board of Education meeting has also been moved up to December 15 because of the Christmas holidays.
