Rickie Leath White had worked for over thirty years at the Double Spring Middle School as an assistant coach and teacher. He retired and was rehired as a contract employee. That contract was terminated yesterday afternoon by Winston County Superintendent of Education, Greg Pendley following White's arrest by an officer of the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency. White, age 62, of 719 South Side Road, Arley, was arrested and charged with the production of pornography with minors and electronic solicitation of a child. Both are felony offenses. White is being held in the Winston County jail.
