In the hot July heat, workers installed the sub-roof on the new city hall, even working on Saturday. One of the problems with the old city hall building was the flat room. Over the years, the bulding suffered from water leaks when it rained. Even though the new CVS buiding will have a flat roof, the new city hall will obviously not have a flat roof or the problems which go with it.
