The Haleyville City Council held its regular meeting Monday evening. It approved utilizing govdeals.com for the sale of surplus equipment, a 5% match for an EDA/CTTA grant at the North Industrial Park, naming Family Medical Associates to handle workers' compensation, and advertising for temporary seasonal employees for the Street and Sanitation Department.

The next regular meeting of the city council will be Monday, April 19, 7 PM, at City Hall.
