The Lady Lions earned another big win Tuesday evening after defeating the 5A Red Devils of Lawrence County.  The Lady Lions defeated LCHS 3-1 after two solo home runs by senior, Holly Ward, and junior, Payten Townsend. The Lady Lions will travel to Russellville Thursday at 4:30 p.m. to face the Golden Tigers. 

The regular season has ended for Lions Baseball, but they will play in the first round of the playoffs Friday evening. Haleyville will travel to Central of Florence to play the Wildcats. This will be a best two of three series. The Lions will play Friday at 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. If needed, the determining game will be held Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
