Construction has begun on the new office for the Haleyville Water Department. Mayor Ken Sunseri stated it is expected to be finished early this fall, but as with all construction projects, the completion date is heavily reliant on the weather. However, the project is currently ahead of schedule.

The new office will be located at the intersection of Alabama Avenue and 19th Street. The new office will provide new services to Haleyville residents, including a new drive thru for payment drop off.
