There was a residential fire at the Copeland residence on Beech Grove Road Friday morning around 4:00 a.m. The fire was mostly contained to the outside wall of the home, where there was substantial damage.  The Haleyville Fire and Police Departments responded to the scene and contained the fire.  The cause of the fire is under investigation.
