Alabama State Troopers report Ryan Garrard, 20, Haleyville, was killed when his 2005 Nissan he was driving left the road and overturned. The accident occurred on Marion County Highway 34 (Cherry Hill Road) at 1:15 a.m. Saturday morning. A passenger, Matthew Burrell, 20, Haleyville was not seriously injured. The single vehicular wreck is still under investigation.
