DOUBLE SPRINGS -- Charles Heavner Jr., wanted in connection with last week's arson at the Marhsall Durbin facility on CR20 in Delmar, is in Winston County Jail. Heavner arrived in Double Springs Tuesday night after being driven back from Kay County, Okla., by personnel from the Winston County Sheriff's Office and the Alabama Fire Marshal's office.

Sheriff Rick Harris said, "We'll notify the court (that) he's here and they will arrange a hearing at that time."

Heavner was taken into custody without incident early last Thursday at his sister's home by Kay County (Okla.) Sheriff's personnel. He subsequently waived extradiction.
