Christmas light decorations are being installed by city workers throughtout Haleyville in preparation for the holidays. The Haleyville Area Chamber of Commerce announced the annual Christmas Parade will be held downtown Haleyville at 6 p.m. on Friday, December 7. Line up for the band and walkers will be behind the First Baptist Church and floats will assemble at the HES parking lot. The Haleyville Merchants Association will have a drawing at city hall at 5 p.m. for their Bonus Bucks giveaway. At 5:30, Christmas music will be performed by the Bevill Community College Choir on the front lawn of city hall.
