A traffic stop on Monday afternoon near Dime and AL13 turned into Haleyville Police discovering an active meth lab. Haleyville Police stopped a blue pickup driven by Brent Holley around 12:40 PM. Officers discovered an active methamphetamine cook in the cab of the truck. Holley, 36 of Haleyvile, was taken into custody and is charged with 2nd degree manufacturing of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
