Anyone wishing to sponsor a child for Toys for Kids can pick up a star from Alabama Power Company or First National Bank. Each star has the child’s age and gender. Organizers are asking sponsors to buy age-appropriate gifts for that child. Each toy has appropriate ages on its label. Sponsors are asked to purchase three items for their child, preferably one large and two smaller items and all within a $40 range. Gifts should be returned to Alabama Power or First National Bank by December 3. Toys should be in a trash bag with the star attached to it.
