The City will begin a survey Wednesday afternoon in the Cumens subdivision. The survey is necessary to apply for a Community Development Block Grant. The grant will be for re-paving and drainage after damage caused by the April 2011 tornado and the debris clean-up. Each resident will be asked to complete the survey. The surveys become part of the grant application package.
