The American Red Cross has issued an "Urgent Appeal" for blood donors. A blood drive will be held Tuesday, July 24, from 1 PM until 6 PM at the Neighborhood Facilities Building. Nancy Lee, with the Red Cross, said that there is a critical need for all types of blood. Lee is appealing to all church groups and other organizations to schedule a blood drive to help eliminate this dangerous shortage in the blood supply.
