UPDATED, 12:30 PM: Local and long distance calls now appear to be operational as well as the internet. 

Communications issues are revealing themselves throughout the county Friday morning. Phone service to 9-1-1 at the city and county levels are inoperative. Cell voice is splotchy at best. Data and Internet seem untouched. No further information is available.
