The Haleyville Lions took a 5-run 1st inning to the bank Saturday, defeating Springville, 10-4, in round one of baseball playoff action. The Lions blasted Springville Friday in game one, 12-2, and dropped game two, 2-0. The Lions will host Oneonta next week in round two. Oneonta swept Dora Friday night.
