Olivia Tank, 2012 Senior Division Leo's Loveliest was crowned Saturday night in the 35th annual event. Fourth Alternate was Chau Huynh. Third Alternate was Caroline Walker. Second Alternate was Maddie Hall and First Alternate was Audra Rye who also was Miss Photogenic. 

Hannah Anderson was crowed Junior Division Leo's Loveliest in the Saturday afternoon pageant rescheduled from Friday night. Fourth Alternate was Meagan Smith, Third Alternate, Kenzlee Knight, Second Alternate, Carly Banks and First Alternate, Kaylin Gravitt. Carly Weems was selected as Miss Photenic.
