Haleyvillle High School senior, DeVaughn (DJ) Terrell signed a four year football scholarship with Faulkner University on Thursday, February 9.  Faulkner is a Christian university associated with churches of Christ that is located in Montgomery, Alabama.  The signing ceremony took place in the fellowship hall of the Ninth Avenue church of Christ where DJ is pictured with his mother, Valencia Terrell, his grandmother, great-grandmother, Jamie White (deacon of the Ninth Avenue church), Charlie Boren (defensive end coach of the Faulkner Eagles), and Blaine Hathcock (Haleyville Lions head football coach).
