Concern over weather did not hinder plans for the Haleyville Historical Society's 2nd Annual Heritage Ball.
Dniner was served by the Junior Civitans over white linen tablecloths while the 5th Alabama Infantry Regimental Band played. Before long
everyone was on the dance floor doing the Virginia Reel, The Waltz, The Carolina, Two Step and the Alabama Reel
