The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Watch that includes Winston County until 9 PM. The NWS is calling this "... A Particularly Dangerous Situation ...." The likelihood of tornadoes is "High," of EF2+ tornadoes is "Moderate"; and there is the threat of  "long-tracked supercells."

An NWS Weather Spotter told HBTV Monday, "If there's a severe thunderstorm warning, treat it like a tornado."
