May 21 is the last day to register to vote before the primary election.
May 27 is the last day to make application for an absentee ballot for the primary election, and is also the last day to walk in and vote.
May 31 is the last day a ballot can be postmarked, but since May 31 is a holiday and the post office will be closed, ballots must be mailed by Noon, May 29.
If hand-delivered, an absentee ballot must be returned to the absentee election manager no later than the close of business the day preceding the election, which is Friday, May 28, 4:30 PM.
