Want to learn to build healthy relationships and be a better parent? This is the purpose of
classes being taught by Melanie Allen, Family & Child Development Agent, and Reggie
Watkins with Bradford Health Services. This class will be on Saturday, May 30th from
8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Freedom Hills at 2531 6th Ave., Haleyville at Oak Tree Plaza. All
participants receive a certificate of completion. Anyone is welcome to attend. Certificate is
good for parenting classes and foster parent or house parent or child care providers training
hours. Topics to be discussed are: Marriage & Family Healthy Relationships;
Communication Skills & Helping Your Child Learn; Stress-Anger & Conflict Management;
Ages & Stages of Development; and Positive Discipline Tips. Reggie Watkins with Bradford
Rehab will speak on Child Management at 12:00 Noon. Space is limited so please register by
