BUSINESS

 

1)  Approve minutes of the March 23, 2015 board meeting as presented

 

2)  Pay current bills

 

3)  Ratify and confirm 2015 EMPG State Cooperative Agreement and 2014 Additional EMPG Agreement

 

4)  Approve closing the County building on Monday, April 27, 2015 for Confederate Memorial Day holiday

 

5)  Approve changing the next regular scheduled board meeting of the County Commission from Monday, April 27, 2015 to Tuesday, April 28, 2015 due to holiday on Monday the 27th

 

6)  Approve entering into Tax Revenue Enhancement Agreements  with PRA Government Services, LLC d/b/a RDS

 

7)  Discussion of and possible joining NASASP's Associate Membership Program for a cost of $39.00 annual dues

 

8)  Approve changing the approval to hire Paper Server on March 23, 2015 for the WC Sheriff Department to be position of  Baliff with this position to last until September 25, 2015 with maximum of 19 hours to remain and $10.00 hourly with no benefits

 

9)  Approve transferring Mike Cobb from part-time Sanitation employee to part-time Sheriff Department employee as Baliff effective retro-active to Monday, April 6, 2015 with hourly rate to remain the same at $10.00 with a maximum of 19 hours weekly and no benefits, subject to a six (6) month review period

 

10)  Approve to declare the following two (2) Sanitation trucks as surplus to be sold at auction:

         2010 Intl 4000 Series VEIN# 6270

         2010 Intl 4000 Series VEIN# 6271

 

11)  Discussion of adopting resolution opposing HB 447 and SB 369  (Probate Judge salary)

 

12)  Approve the termination of full-time Dispatcher Brittney Twilley on the grounds of job performance effective retro-active to 3-27-2015

 

13)  Approve hiring Ms. Deborah Hardy as full-time Dispatcher to replace Brittney Twilley at an hourly rate of $10.75 with full benefits retro-active to 3-27-2015. subject to a six month (6) review period

 

14)  Discussion of Benji Curtis benefits
