BBQ Competition

A major component of every 9-1-1 Festival is the barbeque competition. This competition is an Alabama BBQ Association Backyard Event, and there are vendors from all over the southeastern United States. The following awards were given: 1st place in each division- $400, 2nd place in each division- $200, 3rd place in each division- $100, Reserve Grand Champion- $500, and Grand Champion- $750. Congratulations to the following winners!

Grand Champion - Late Night Butt Rubbers	Reserve Grand Champion - All Smoked Up

Chicken:

1st Place - Smoke Dogs	2nd Place - Poppa & Birdies	3rd Place - All Smoked Up

Ribs:

1st Place - Late Night Butt Rubbers	2nd Place - Hog Opps	3rd Place- Red Hen BBQ

Pork:

1st Place-Grillin & Chillin	2nd Place- Stick'em Up BBQ	3rd Place- All Smoked Up
