The Haleyville Lions faced East Lawrence in the first round of the area tournament Friday night. The Lions fought until the last second of the game, but they suffered a heartbreaking loss of 56-46 to end their season. The Lions were led by Dakota Rushing with a total of seventeen points and six rebounds. Individual stats from the game are listed below.
