The Winston County Schools have delayed their openings this morning by 2.5 hours due to substantantial accumulation of snow on Thursday. The fear of black ice in the The east side of the county, Supertendant Greg Pendley made the decision to delay the openings of all the county schools and in turn the busses which serve them. All other schools will be running at their regular times.
