Austin Brasher, who was also not using a seat belt, was transported to UAB Hospital in Birmingham where he died\u00a0<a href=\"x-apple-data-detectors:\/\/5\"><span class=\"s1\">at 9:18 a.m.<\/span><\/a>\u00a0 The drivers were father and son. According to family members, Mr. Brasher was leaving for work where he delivered bread and the son was coming home from a ball tournament and reportedly had been drinking.
