The October board expenditures were approved in the amount of $1,338,198.60 and a Public Works Project for HVAC at the Haleyville Elementary School for 18 mini-splits in the amount of $36,418.00. Two different uses of the school facilities, one field trip, and one fundraiser were approved.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Christy Aderholt was hired to replace retiring Sandra Wakefield as receptionist\/secretary at the Central Office.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dr. Alan Miller presented a proclamation from the Alabama State Senate recognizing the great work of the four school nurses pictured above with Dr. Miller.
